Our Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions apply when you order items via CLICK & COLLECT on www.isabella.net.

With CLICK & COLLECT, you can order items on our website and have them sent to an Isabella dealer of your choice. The items are collected and paid for at the selected dealer.

When you place a CLICK & COLLECT order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before placing your order.

Isabella A/S may update or amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Prices and Payment

All prices on www.isabella.net are stated in British pounds (£), including VAT and other taxes and duties.

Payment is made at the Isabella dealer you have selected as your collection point.

Isabella A/S does not charge payment online in connection with CLICK & COLLECT. Payment options may vary from dealer to dealer.

Ordering on Our Website

You can order items via CLICK & COLLECT directly on www.isabella.net.

Before placing your order, you can review and correct your details.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from Isabella. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.

If you notice an error in your order, or if you wish to withdraw from it, please contact Isabella as soon as possible.

When Is Your Order Binding?

When you place your CLICK & COLLECT order, you enter into an agreement to purchase the item. The item is then sent to the Isabella dealer you have selected.

You may withdraw from your order from the time you place it and until 14 days after you have collected the item from the dealer.

If you have not yet collected the item, you can notify Isabella that you wish to withdraw from the order.

If you have collected the item, the withdrawal period runs from the day on which you, or a person chosen by you, receives the item from the dealer.

Delivery

Your items are sent from Isabella’s warehouse to the Isabella dealer you selected during the order process.

You will receive an email from Isabella when your items have been dispatched from our warehouse to the dealer.

From dispatch, your items will normally be available at the dealer within 2 working days. However, longer delivery times may occur during busy periods, for out-of-stock items or for special order items.

Once the items have been delivered to the dealer, they will normally be available for collection for 7 days. After this, we cannot guarantee that the item will still be reserved or in stock at the dealer.

Please remember to bring your order confirmation when collecting your items. The dealer may ask to see the order confirmation to ensure that the correct items are handed over.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your CLICK & COLLECT purchase.

You may withdraw from the time you place your order and until 14 days after you, or a person chosen by you, has received the item from the dealer.

If you have ordered several items in the same order and the items are not handed over together, the period runs from the day on which you receive the last item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify Isabella. You can do this, for example, by email, letter or by using our standard withdrawal form: https://www.isabella.net/uk/cancel-order-button

You have met the deadline if you send your notification that you wish to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

What Happens When You Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal?

Once you have notified Isabella that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you gave notice.

The item must be returned to the dealer where it was collected and paid for.

The dealer will refund the purchase amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you and the dealer agree otherwise.

The dealer may withhold the refund until the item has been received back, or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned.

You must pay your own costs in connection with returning the item, including any shipping costs.

Defective and Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, or if we have delivered the wrong item to you, please contact the dealer where you collected the item. You can find the contact details in your order confirmation.

If your item is defective, or if you have received an incorrect item, you may choose between:

returning the item and receiving a refund
returning the item and receiving a new equivalent item, also known as replacement delivery
keeping the item and receiving a proportional discount
keeping the item and having the defect remedied

To help the dealer assist you if you have received a defective or incorrect item, please provide your order number, item number and a detailed description of what is wrong with the item.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item that must be returned, the dealer will cover the cost of returning the item to the dealer.

If your item is defective, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on defects apply.

Returns

Returns must be made to the dealer where the item was collected and paid for.

All parts of the item must be returned.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item until the dealer has received it back. We therefore recommend that you keep your proof of dispatch.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

If the item has lost value, the reduction in value may be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Complaints

Complaints about a defect in your item must be made directly to the dealer where you collected the item, within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect.

There is a 2-year complaint period, which means that, as a consumer, you must complain no later than 2 years after delivery of the item. If the complaint period is not observed, your right to make a claim for defects will lapse, unless we have agreed to guarantee the item for a longer period.

You can read more about how to make a complaint in the section “Complaints Procedure”.

Force Majeure

We are not liable to you if, after your order has been placed, circumstances occur that prevent or delay our fulfilment of your order. Such circumstances include external events beyond human control, war, mobilisation, breakdown of telecommunications or customer infrastructure, external security incidents such as hacker attacks, computer virus attacks or destructive behaviour by a third party, natural disasters and natural conditions that make it impossible to fulfil your order or purchase, strikes, lockouts, fire, blockades, vandalism, orders from public authorities and/or rights holders, outbreaks of epidemics or pandemics, global health emergencies and other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Personal Data

Isabella treats your personal data confidentially. We have prepared a Privacy Policy explaining how Isabella processes the personal data you provide to Isabella in connection with your purchase and when using our website.

You can find our Privacy Policy here: https://www.isabella.net/uk/system/privacy-policy-1

Updating Our Website

We do our best to update the website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the items are correct. However, spelling mistakes and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other product information may occur, and sometimes we discover that the price of an item has been stated incorrectly.

Assignment

We may choose to assign our agreement with you, in whole or in part, to either (a) one of our affiliated companies or (b) a third party as part of a sale of one or more of our companies, business units, etc.

Complaints Procedure

If there is a problem with your item, or if the item is defective, you must first contact the dealer where the item was collected and paid for.

If the matter cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or seek advice from Citizens Advice Consumer Service.

You can find more information about consumer advice and dispute resolution in the UK via Citizens Advice or GOV.UK.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any order or purchase you enter into with us is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with Danish law, excluding (a) rules that lead to the application of laws other than Danish law and (b) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Any dispute and any claim arising out of or in connection with your order or purchase must be settled by a competent court at Isabella’s venue.
